Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 38vf platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to refrain from completing registration or using the 38vf platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the Terms is deemed your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 38vf as the service provider. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which also form part of this overall agreement.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 38vf platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban list of any regulatory body.

38vf reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, passport or other supporting documents. Deposits & Withdrawals

Regarding Deposits:

• 38vf reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes, particularly for accounts showing unusual activity.
• If the bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met, withdrawal of the bonus fund portion will not be processed until those requirements are completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

38vf offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement of its own that must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. These conditions are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

• The outcome of each game is final once the game round is complete. Any disputes regarding game results must be raised within 7 days from the transaction date.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, 38vf reserves the right to void the round and return the original bet to the player.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. 38vf is not liable for any losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorised technical methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of wins.

Account Bans & Restrictions

38vf reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in any of the following:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorised identity verification.
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Exploitation of the bonus system or collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Use of unauthorised software, bots, or cheating methods in gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other players.
• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.

If your account is suspended or closed for the above reasons, all bonuses and wins associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. Any valid balance in your account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 38vf shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:
